work on your home begins, throughout construction, and following
completion. If we miss your call, we will do our utmost to call
you back within 24 hours. We promise to take your concerns and
questions seriously, and respond as promptly and effectively as
we can. Our reward is hearing you say “thank you” when
we’ve performed work to your complete satisfaction.
And when
you do thank us, we will respond “you’re welcome” rather
than “no problem.” That’s more than a matter
of courtesy. That’s an earnest reflection about the way we
approach customer service. Pleasing you is our principal objective.
